Thanks to Outdoor Studios for a great, easy to follow and understandable talk on "Understanding Lenses from all stages".
Next week on Thursday 27th we have guest speak Anthony Demion on the topic of Astro Photography - this one could be out of this world (sorry just couldnt resist!).
Below is a little information about Anthony and also some images that he has taken. More to follow.
I have been a member of Athlone Photography Club since its creation in September 2013, where I did hold a position in the committee since I joined and currently stands as Treasurer.
I enjoy many styles of photography. They all have enabled me to construct a varied Portfolio which has in turn supported the various Photographic Distinctions I have pursued. I am an EFIAP/s holder as well as an AIPF.
I obtained my AFIAP in May 2017 in Mullingar where I presented a panel on AstroPhotography, the first to do so at the time and I have now expanded my work from Nightscapes to Deep space imagining.
