We had a great night of insight into AI from Darach Glennon, with good discussion on same. There is NO CLUB THIS THURSDAY (Holy Thursday) and we will have the judging of our very last competition of the season, digital, "On the Water" on the 24th. Thanks to John Kelly and Adrian Megahey for facilitating this judging due to an unforseen closure at ATU last week. We are delighted to say that we have a bumper entry for this competition, so we will be starting at 8pm sharp. The remaining pictures from the Exhibition, will be available for collection on the 24th, so do please come a little early to ensure collection before 8pm.
Again, reminder that our club AGM will be on Thursday 1st May and it is an important night for club members to have their say, (if they want) in club affairs. It is a time for possibly new club members to come onto the committee, as it is always good to get fresh ideas, views and skills on the committee. So please if you have an interest do step forward. Apart from the AGM business, we have the presentation of important prizes on the night - Photographer of the Year, amongst many others. We will also be possibly announcing some of the competition themes for next year, so make sure to attend.
