Thanks to everyone who attended the opening night of the 2023-2024 Season and also for the good wishes online. We are soo lucky to have Galway as a backdrop for photography with Culture Night just gone, we have Galway Docklands Festival next weekend, Have a look at attached - wonderful opportunities for photos for our competitions throughout the year. So get those batteries charged, head out and get snapping.
Galway Camera Club is delighted to have Podge Kelly as our first guest speaker of the season and it will be a delight to journey with him through his photography next Thursday the 28th September at 7.30pm.
Beginners, dont forget to come along at 7.00pm for the "get to know the beginners" - if you have a camera, bring it along if not no worries and if you are unsure of your level of knowledge/skill bring along 2/3 photos that you have taken recently whether on phone or camera.
