Thank you to Paula Kearney Biodiversity Officer in Galway City Hall for inviting Galway Camera Club to put forward pictures for their Biodiversity 2025-2030 City Plan. We had a wonderful response from members and Paula came along last Thursday to announce the winners.
1st. Michael Gough 2nd Ger Kavanagh and 3rd Martin Whyte
Runners up were Roger Derham, Tom Quinn and Gay Farrell.
Congratulations to them all and it was a pleasure to work alongside Paula Kearney on this project. Hopefully we will collaborate again in the future and we look forward to seeing the 2025-2030 City Hall Biodiversity Plan.

Also, entries for "The Food for Thought" digital competition are due on the 19th December with details under the "Competitions" heading. Judging will take place by zoom on the 9th January 2025.
