Well, the club members were definitely treated to a fantasic night with Podge Kelly getting a feel for the journey he took, in so many different aspects of both his actual photograph and the different ways he has produced the finished picture. As well as having an obvious great passion and love for photography he is a great photographer with a gift for also being a great communicator. Podge even showed (as can be seen below) how to take a protrait with whatever light is available using your phone! Thanks Podge.
We also had another special person at the club in the form of a club member who has been 30years a member of the Galway Camera Club - Martin Whyte. A special presentation was made to Martin and he was thanked for all he has contributed to the club over the last 30 years.
